We documented first, then dismantled, then rebuilt to measure. A 19th-century yalı, delivered in 11 months — board approval included.

Rooftop Flat Full Renovation
A 4+1 flat: kitchen, two bathrooms, all systems. Scope written on day one; keys handed over at the end of month four.

Detached Villa Construction
One contract from design to occupancy permit. A 420 m² house on a 950 m² plot; a 14-month schedule kept line by line.
