Can reinforcement happen without vacating the building?
In most cases, yes — column/beam reinforcement and jacketing can proceed without vacating floors. Heavy foundation interventions may require temporary vacating.
Carbon fiber or steel jacketing — which is better?
There is no single right answer. It depends on building type, floor count, existing damage level, and budget. After the analysis, our team recommends the most suitable method.
Can I obtain occupancy after reinforcement?
Yes. When reinforcement is carried out under a building-inspection-approved process, the existing occupancy is preserved or renewed if needed via the municipal report.
Can I get only the performance analysis?
