Every historic building carries unique materials, damage types, and board requirements. A proper price needs an on-site inspection and a board report.
How long does conservation board approval take?
When the file is complete and accurate, it typically resolves in 3–6 months. Our project office manages the process on your behalf.
Can modern reinforcement be combined with restoration?
Yes. With carbon fiber or concealed steel reinforcement, the building can be made seismically resilient without losing its original appearance.
