Can I renovate only the kitchen or only the bathroom?
Yes. Select the rooms to renew in the calculator; we offer flexible packages from single line items to whole-home renewal.
How long does renovation take?
A single room (kitchen/bath) averages 2–3 weeks. A full 3+1 apartment in premium package: 6–10 weeks. The schedule is written into the contract with delay penalties.
How is payment structured?
Milestone-based: demolition + rough + finishing + delivery. Before contract, how much is paid at each stage is set in writing.
Do you build kitchens/baths from scratch?
Yes. Beyond removing and renewing existing kitchens/baths, we also set up new kitchens and baths from scratch in shell-finish apartments.
Is there a warranty?
We provide a 24-month workmanship warranty after delivery. Material warranties (fixtures, appliances, etc.) are transferred separately by manufacturers.
