Do you work with the build-for-share model?
We work with both models: turnkey fixed price or build-for-share. Before signing, we compare both options transparently.
Why do villa and apartment prices differ?
Villas carry custom details, higher-quality materials, and generally lower density (less m² yield per floor). Apartment construction standardizes, lowering m² cost.
Do you handle permits and occupancy?
Yes. With a power of attorney, municipal file preparation, permit follow-up, and occupancy application are our responsibility.
How long does construction take?
A 300 m² villa averages 9–12 months; a small apartment block: 14–18 months. Weather and change requests affect the schedule.
